Everyone I spoke to at Yiwu was very helpful. It came by ship as I wasn't in a hurry and it cost less that way I think it was 6 large boxes all nicely secured no issues. Everything was packed as discussed. For me the installing has been difficult only because the greenery is going behind mature plants and some of the area is at a slant. I'm attaching to a chain link fence. Zip ties seem to work the best securing the panels to the chain. I also "linked" together rows of 4 or 8 panels across and then several doing down making like a blanket of greenery. Doing this covers each section of the chain link fence faster than putting each smaller individual panel up one by one. Once the big "blanket" is up you can use zip ties again to secure it into the fence every so often so it doesn't' push outwards. It hasn't fallen apart in any way while installing. I hope it will last many many years
